Job Responsibilities;

• Ensure boiler is operated in safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure boiler and its auxiliary equipment are at optimum operating condition.
• To conduct 1st level of trouble shooting when boiler and its auxiliary equipment breakdown.
• To be key participants in AM implementation in boiler house. Eg.tagging / detagging, CILT, 5S, etc.
• Contribute and update all data in meter reading log sheet, monitor water levels of boiler
• To perform chemical analysis to monitor quality of boiler water and take immediate action when the analysis is out of specification.
• To unload fuel using shovel from the lorry.
• Ensure compliance to Health and Safety procedures as require by FMA or OSHA.
• Perform periodic maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Posses minimum at least Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certified by DOSH.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in operation of Boiler
• Able to work on shift as and when required
• Responsible and ability to work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Malay & English)
• Able to start immediately
