Since our establishment in 1999, Kayangan Kemas Sdn Bhd (KKSB) has been at the forefront of the construction industry, specializing in general building, civil and structural works. We hold a coveted CIDB Grade G7 rating and proudly serve diverse sectors within the building industry, including healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, hospitality, and education.

Our expertise encompasses various project delivery methods, such as design-build, design-bid-build, and public-private partnerships, in addition to general contracting services.  With a proven track record, we have successfully completed projects valued at RM2.4 billion, and we currently have ongoing projects with a total value of RM1.5 billion.  Some of our notable accomplishments include the design and construction of Hospital Langkawi, Hospital Miri Sarawak, and the public-private partnership project for Hospital Umum Sarawak. We have also undertaken critical infrastructure upgrades such as the Jalan Air Keroh-Bandar Melaka Fasa 1 (Peringgit-MITC Melaka) and Lebuhraya Pantai Timur Fasa 2 Pakej 1C & 7.
